Watching them build something real taught me what hard work actually looks like — and how hard it is to run a small business when nobody's handing you an advantage.

Why I started Regan Growth
I grew up in Buffalo, New York, watching my parents run Regan's Stock & Custom, our family's auto body shop. My dad worked the floor — bodywork, paint, the kind of craftsmanship where you put your name on every job because everyone in town knew whose it was. My mom ran the business side: the books, the customers, the thousand small decisions that keep the lights on.
Later, I spent my career in sales at a large technology company. I saw the other side of that gap up close — how often small, local businesses got treated as an afterthought by companies that size: sold to, then left to figure the rest out on their own.
Regan Growth is what happens when I put those two experiences together: real sales and marketing skill, aimed at the kind of business my own family used to run. No jargon, no long contracts — just the same transparency I wished more people had given my parents.
